Meet Our Team

Martin Nicholls

Martin Nicholls

Chairman / Founder (Singapore)

After Sandhurst and the Grenadier Guards, Martin pivoted to property development. His first major coup was acquiring Norton Villiers Triumph, the classic British motorcycle maker. He then launched Greystone Technologies in Atlanta, building small-scale industrial gas plants, and later reverse-listed it into a Canadian mining firm. Teaming with an army colleague, he guided a manned-guarding business through ISO 9000, snapped up specialist security firms and sold the group to an industry leader.

He kept the technical and IT security divisions, Audit Com, due diligence, investigations, and used them to form Oasis Capital’s private equity arm. He expanded Oasis by buying Mayfair fund manager CAL Investments and opening a Cayman debt fund, then founded Malta-regulated Tier 1 FX and the trade-reporting platform Proliquidity. In later years Oasis added debt and equity finance services and launched London’s FCA-regulated XPrime Markets and Dubai-based XPrime Global Markets, specialising in prime brokerage, liquidity and global brokerage services for institutional clients.
